On March 20, 2023, in the District Court Szczecin-Centrum in Szczecin, the 12th Commercial Division is subject to an oral auction for the purchase of ST3 Offshore. In the auction, the price offered was PLN 170,500,002 (one hundred and seventy million five hundred thousand two zlotys), which was the highest bid, and therefore the trustee's procedure was confirmed. Thus, the offers submitted by RPGZ XXVIII sp. o.o. based in Warsaw were selected.
We are currently initiating proceedings regarding all contracts at individual stages of the proceedings for the sale of the bankrupt enterprise in its entirety.
