On March 13, 2023, a meeting was held at the District Court Szczecin-Centrum in Szczecin, 12th Commercial Division, on the opening of bids for the purchase of ST3 Offshore.
All two offers meet the formal requirements of the regulations, but the trustee did not select the offer. The proposed prices are PLN 170,000,000 and PLN 170,000,002, respectively. Pursuant to the provisions of the regulations, if the difference between the offered prices is less than PLN 500,000, then the trustee orders an oral auction, the date of which is set by the Judge-Commissioner.
Due to the confidentiality clause submitted to the insolvency administrator by both bidders, the bidders' details will not be made public until the final settlement of the tender.
