Information regarding to the processing of personal data in the recruitment proces

Dear Candidates,
Acting on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), OJ.UE.L.2016.119.1 (hereinafter: GDPR) we would like to inform you that:

1. The administrator of personal data is ST³  Offshore Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością w updałości with headquarters in Szczecin (hereinafter referred to as "ST3" or "Administrator"), ul. Brdowska 5, 71-700 Szczecin, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Szczecin - Centrum in Szczecin, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number 0000372464;
2. You can contact the ST3 Data Protection Supervisor at the following e-mail address: iod@st3-offshore.com or via a mail addressed to the company's address with the inscription "Personal data protection";
3. Your personal data will be processed for recruitment purposes in ST 3 in accordance with article 221 of the Polish Labor Code and pursuant to article 6 item 1 lit. a) of GDPR, i.e. your consent, article 6 item 1 lit. c) of GDPR, i.e. fulfilment of legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator and article 6 item 1 lit. f) of GDPR, i.e. implementation of legally justified interests of the Administrator;
4. At any time you have the right to withdraw your consents, which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing, which was carried out until they were withdrawn;
5. Personal data will be processed for recruitment purposes until the end of the recruitment process or until withdrawal of consent, and in the event of consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of future recruitment, will be processed until withdrawal of consent;
6. You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to object to the processing as well as the right to transfer data;
7. Please be advised that you have the right to file a complaint regarding the processing of data to the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych);
8. Please be advised that the recipient of your personal data may be the following categories of recipients: cooperating with the Administrator personnel advisory bodies, state authorities and institutions to which the Administrator is obliged to submit the Candidate's data under separate regulations;
9. Please be advised that your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/ international organization;
10. Please be advised that your data will not be processed in an automated manner, nor will it be used for profiling;
11. Providing data is voluntary, but their non-submission will be associated with the lack of opportunities to participate in recruitment processes.

At the same time, we would like to remind you that recruitment documents that are not covered by the clauses applicable to personal data processing will not be considered and will be automatically removed from our system. Recruitment documents should contain one of the clauses relating to the processing of personal data:
